Claudette Hutchinson is a Certified ISO 42001 AI Lead Implementer and the principal inventor of the Artificial Intelligence Resource Management System (AiRMS). AiRMS is a governance-to-operations framework that enables organizations to design, deploy, and ethically manage AI in strict alignment with ISO/IEC 42001 standards.

Claudette brings over 25 years of cross-sector experience from regulated, high-liability environments, including insurance, public works, education, healthcare, and technology. She has led AI governance, implementation, and literacy initiatives for more than 3,000 professionals across 60+ organizations worldwide, helping leaders build transparent, compliant, and human-centred AI ecosystems.
